I have been in the shop many times when people of all races and genders have come in for one auto repair or another... he treats everyone with the same respect... he doesn't see color or whether or not you are male or female, he sees someone that needs help. That is the same with all the employees at LCAR. Everyone there has gone out of their way to make sure that I, as a female, felt taken care of and satisfied with the work. I have been to many different locations before meeting Leo and his team and all but one other time have been made to feel like I was just a silly woman who didn't know what she was talking about.
Leo and his crew understand that I drive this car everyday and I, better than anyone can tell when something is wrong... his job is to find it and fix. Which he does and I am always satisfied that my vehicle has been taken care of properly when I drive away from his shop! Thank you everyone at LCAR!!"

"I found LCAR via referral from my work's MATCO salesman. LCAR owner, Leo is very knowledgeable, certified auto mechanic. His son does the heavy engine work and several other mechanics are on staff to do other repairs and maintenance. Front desk, James communicates the status of repairs and never gave me a hard time if I kept calling and asking for updates.
I have had some major work done at LCAR, never once was I overcharged for anything, Leo and I would discuss what is wrong and we would decide what my options were prior to work just being done without me being aware. I did have to bring back a vehicle that was covered under their warranty and I could have paid nothing, I choose to let them do an oil change and I tipped because it is hard to find honesty in the auto repair industry."
